“We have no (bleep) idea what these dolphins are saying”

This is something. Archivists are recording the “speech” of dolphins once employed by the US Navy, in hopes that linguists in the future will be able to decode it in the future and make an oral history out of it. The dolphins are between 80 and 90 years old, but once worked as mine layers and mine spotters for the Navy. Bravo Zulu, brave dolphins!
